These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 1pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1pk online gaming platform, including all sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, slot games, and related services accessible via 1pk.site. Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on 1pk. In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: The 1pk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Any person under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on 1pk. Age verification is required during the KYC process and 1pk reserves the right to request age confirmation at any time.
To register and maintain an active 1pk Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
1pk applies mandatory age verification procedures to all Players. Where verification cannot be completed or where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, 1pk will immediately suspend the Account, void any outstanding Wagers, and return any deposited funds after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use. 1pk will not pay winnings to any Player who has provided false age information during registration.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account with 1pk at any time. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single Player — whether under the same identity or using different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 1pk reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and withhold net winnings generated through any account maintained in violation of this rule.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including their full legal name as it appears on their CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani mobile telephone number, and a date of birth. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, 1pk requires Players to complete the KYC identity verification process. This involves submitting a legible scan or photograph of the Player's CNIC and a real-time selfie photograph. 1pk reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership, at its sole discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe as notified by 1pk may have their withdrawal functionality suspended.
The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their password and any one-time authentication codes. 1pk will not be liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of unauthorised access to their Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.
Players must notify 1pk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of their Account or any breach of account security by contacting the support team via the live chat function available within the 1pk Account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. 1pk will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account.
1pk strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. 2FA requires a one-time PIN sent to the Player's registered Pakistani mobile number in addition to the standard password, substantially reducing the risk of unauthorised access. Enabling 2FA does not alter the Player's responsibility under clause 4.1 with respect to the security of their registered mobile device.
1pk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) bank transfer, United Bank Limited (UBL) bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposits are processed and maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1pk reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on 1pk is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees Two Hundred). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's Wallet. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 1pk at the platform level, though individual payment method providers (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa) may impose their own transaction limits, which 1pk does not control.
Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's Wallet instantly or within five (5) minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank. 1pk does not charge fees on incoming deposits, though Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply charges independently of 1pk.
Note: Players must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending additional verification.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed the KYC verification process as described in clause 3.3. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed in a pending state and will not be processed until verification is finalised. Players must withdraw to a payment method held in their own name that matches the identity information on their 1pk Account.
1pk targets the following withdrawal processing timelines: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. These timelines are targets and not guarantees — processing may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume, public holidays in Pakistan, or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Player account tier. Players seeking to withdraw amounts above standard limits should contact the 1pk support team via live chat to arrange processing. 1pk reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments where operationally necessary.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are not directly withdrawable. Players must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement as specified in the relevant promotion before Bonus Fund winnings become eligible for withdrawal as real money. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before Wagering Requirements are met will result in the cancellation of those Bonus Funds from the Account.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 1pk are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Incomplete wagering at the expiry date will result in automatic cancellation of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
One welcome bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device is permitted. Where 1pk determines that multiple accounts have been created to exploit bonus offers, all accounts involved will be closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and net bonus-derived winnings will be voided. 1pk reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or Terms violation.
Wagering Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%). Live casino games may contribute at 5%. Always check the specific promotion terms for contribution percentages applicable to 1pk products.
All bets placed on the 1pk Platform are subject to acceptance at 1pk's sole discretion. 1pk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time before the commencement of the relevant event. A bet is not accepted until 1pk has confirmed acceptance and the Wager has been deducted from the Player's Wallet Balance. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to system errors may be voided at 1pk's discretion, even after the event has concluded.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL (Pakistan Super League) matches, Pakistan international fixtures, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases where a match is abandoned, interrupted, or shortened due to weather or other causes, 1pk will apply the standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcome or the ruling of the governing body. Player-specific markets are voided if the named player does not participate in the event.
All bets on 1pk are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies and reputable sports data providers. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Player must raise the dispute within forty-eight (48) hours of the official result being published. Disputes raised after this period will not ordinarily be entertained. 1pk's decision on settlement disputes is final in all cases where the Platform has applied the official result correctly.
In-play betting markets on 1pk update in real time based on live match data. Bets placed on markets that have already concluded due to data feed latency or communication delay will be voided and returned to the Player's Wallet. 1pk does not accept liability for any delay in live odds updates caused by the Player's internet connection, device, or third-party network infrastructure.
All casino and slot games available on the 1pk Platform — including live dealer games provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical equipment (in the case of live dealer titles). All games are independently audited for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. 1pk does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection that affects the outcome of a round, 1pk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable Wager to the Player's Wallet. Where a malfunction affects a jackpot or bonus feature outcome that would otherwise constitute an abnormal win, 1pk reserves the right to void the abnormal outcome. All game round outcomes are subject to the game log maintained by 1pk's systems, which constitutes the definitive record.
Individual game minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game title, Player account tier, and applicable table configuration. Players must not use automated systems, bots, or scripted behaviour to place wagers on casino or slot games. Detection of automated play may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds generated through such methods.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1pk Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
1pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if 1pk has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, that the Player has provided false identity information, or that continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
Upon suspension for cause, any Bonus Funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money Balance in the Account will be held pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a Terms violation, 1pk may retain all or part of the real-money Balance in proportion to losses caused to the Platform or other Players. Where investigation clears the Player, the Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting 1pk support via live chat or email. Before closure, all pending Wagers will be settled, Bonus Funds forfeited, and any remaining real-money Balance paid to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under clause 12.

1pk will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available on a continuous basis. However, 1pk does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for loss suffered by a Player as a result of Platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers, internet service providers, or Pakistani telecommunications infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1pk shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the 1pk Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — regardless of whether 1pk was advised of the possibility of such losses.
Where 1pk is found liable to a Player by a competent authority despite the exclusions set out in these Terms, 1pk's total aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their 1pk Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on the 1pk Platform — including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphical design elements, logos, branding, written content, and the 1pk name and domain — is the proprietary intellectual property of 1pk or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. Players may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any element of the 1pk Platform without express written permission from 1pk.
1pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 1pk will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. Continued use of the 1pk Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should close their Account before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1pk holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and 1pk, the Player should first contact the 1pk support team via live chat or email to seek informal resolution. 1pk undertakes to respond to formal disputes in writing within seven (7) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 1pk's regulatory authority. 1pk's decision on standard bet settlement matters, as described in clause 8.3, remains final where the official result has been correctly applied.
